To initiate a return, please be aware that our policy allows a grace period of 14-days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refund or exchange requests beyond this time-frame.

Notification of damaged goods, incorrect shipments, or short shipments must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item in question must be unused and remain in the same condition as when originally received, including the original packaging.

Please note that items purchased from the clearance section of our website are non-returnable.

To expedite the return process, ensure you provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain situations warranting partial or no refunds include:

  1. Items returned beyond the 14-day post-delivery period.
  2. Items returned for reasons other than defects or samples may be subject to a restocking fee of $20 or 20%, whichever is greater.


Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-days, automatically credited to your account or the original method of payment.


Please be aware that refunds are applicable only to regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale and clearance items are exempt from our return, exchange, or refund policy.
