To initiate a return, please be aware that our policy allows a grace period of 14-days from the date of receipt of goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refund or exchange requests beyond this time-frame. Notification of damaged goods, incorrect shipments, or short shipments must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. To qualify for a return, the item in question must be unused and remain in the same condition as when originally received, including the original packaging. Please note that items purchased from the clearance section of our website are non-returnable. To expedite the return process, ensure you provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Please ensure you select the correct size, as exchanges for incorrect sizing will incur a freight charge for the replacement product. Additionally, please be aware that changing sizes may result in a higher or lower charge, as certain sizes (e.g., king size) are priced according to size.
Certain situations warranting partial or no refunds include:
1) Items accepted for return beyond the 14-day post-delivery period will be at our discretion and a restocking fee of $15.00 may be charged. Freight costs for returning items to CI Safety & Apparel Ltd are to be the responsibility of the customer. If a return is accepted, the original freight costs will not be refunded.
2) Items returned due to incorrect size will be exchanged. Refunds for size-related returns will only be issued if the correct size is unavailable.
REFUND PROCESS
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-days, automatically credited to your account or the original method of payment.
SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS
Please be aware that refunds are applicable only to regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale and clearance items are exempt from our return, exchange, or refund policy.

If you need to exchange or return an item, please contact CI Safety & Apparel Ltd by emailing cisafety@cisafety.co.nz. Our team will provide the necessary information, including the returns address. Please ensure that returns include your contact details and proof of purchase for proper processing. CI Safety & Apparel Ltd reserves the right to accept or refuse exchanges at its discretion.
